How to Make Cinnamon Biscuit Bread

While Parmesan Biscuit Bread is great with dinner, sometimes we need a good old fashioned breakfast biscuit and Cinnamon Biscuit Bread is definitely the way to go. There are two major differences between the Parmesan recipe and the Cinnamon recipe follow the instructions to have that tasty breakfast biscuit bread which nicely compliments any good ol' southern breakfast.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Mixing Bowl
  • 1 quart Baking Dish
  • 2 1/4 Bisquick
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tbsp powdered Milk
  • 2 tbsp Butter or Margarine
  • 2 tbsp Vanilla extract
  • Cinnamon Sugar
  • Oven
  1. Step 1

    Mix water, Bisquick, powdered Milk, and vanilla extract.

  2. Step 2

    Stir in enough cinnamon sugar to make the batter spotted (three good shakes or 2 tbsp).

  3. Step 3

    Scrape batter into baking dish. Coat top with butter.

  4. Step 4

    Heat oven to 450 degrees. Bake biscuit bread until top is golden brown (approx. 20-25 minutes).

Tips & Warnings
  • Use clean, dry butter knife to check if middle is finished cooking.
  • Stick butter knife in middle of bread...if knife has batter on it continue baking.
