    • Ice cubes or crushed
    • Midori
    • Light Rum
    • Pineapple Juice
    • Grapefruit Juice (not Pink)
    • Dark Rum
    • Pineapple Wedge
    • Maraschino Cherry
    • Frilly toothpick
    • Straw
      • 1

Overfill a 22 ounce brandy snifter with ice. You want to heap on the ice until the glass is literally over flowing.

      • 2

Add 2 1/2 ounces of Midori®. Midori is also used to make Midori Punch, Midori Sours, and other melon cocktails.

      • 3

Add 1 1/2 ounces of light rum. If the ice begins to drop down as you add the ingredients, add more ice. We use Bacardi rum.

      • 4

Add pineapple juice. Fill to about 3/4" from the brim of the glass.

      • 5

Add grapefruit juice, leaving room for the dark rum.

      • 6

Top with 3/4 ounce of dark rum. We use Myers Dark Rum.

      • 7

Garnish your drink with a wedge of fresh pineapple and a maraschino cherry, secured with frilly toothpick.

      • 8

        Add straw.
