An impressive mix of rums and juices make this the quintessential tropical drink. Serves 1.
Things You'll Need
- 1 tsp. sugars
- limes wedge
- cocktail shaker
- cocktail strainer
- old-fashioned glass
- 1 oz. lime juice
- 1 oz. light rums
- 1 oz. pineapple juices
- 1 oz. dark rums
- dash of cranberry juice
- 1 oz. coconut rums
- Dash Of Cranberry Juice
- Limes Wedge
- Cocktail Shaker
- Cocktail Strainer
- Old-fashioned Glass
Fill cocktail shaker with cracked ice.
Add dark rum, light rum, coconut rum, pineapple juice and lime juice.
Add sugar and a dash of cranberry juice.
Shake 6 times.
Dip the rim of an old-fashioned glass in salt.
Strain the cocktail into glass.
Garnish with lime wedge.
Tips & Warnings
- The salt adheres better if you rub a lime around the edge of the glass first.
- Pour the salt onto a saucer for dipping.
- Mixed drinks contain alcohol, so use moderation.
