Stubborn odor in clothes can be a drag. No one likes the foul stinch of odors. Whether it's underarm odor, smelly socks or sweating sports wear. No matter what the source of the odor is, you don't have to live with it.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

This is actually a very simply process that will surprise you. I was certainly enlightened. Gather your items to be washed and place them in either the washer, tub or basin. Pour 1/3 cup of vinegar in the water with the clothing. Make sure there is enough water to allow the clothing to move freely around the washer or basin. Leave them to soak for atleast 10 minutes.

  2. Step 2
    Laundry detergent

Add your choice of fabric softener to the wash or use fabric sheets in the dryer. When you are all finished, your clothes will be clean, fresh and free of odor. Try it... It works!

Tips & Warnings
  • You may add a cap full of vinegar to every wash, if you have children or work out, to keep your clothes smelling fresh.
  • Don't use too much vinegar. You don't want to smell like a salad.
