Man up and toss your dough by hand, no one really likes machine-rolled dough. Get a conveyor oven wide and fast enough to accommodate your size and demand. Also hire a designer to create a simple web site with good SEO terms, then rehire that same designer to create menus and other graphics. Don't waste your time trying to use Microsoft Front-page or Word to do graphics. -
