Create and easy turkey dinner that is elegant enough for Thanksgiving but simple enough for an average weeknight meal for the family.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Boneless turkey breast
  • Italian salad dressing
  • Meat injector
  • Roasting pan
  • Basting brush
  • Meat thermometer
  1. Step 1

Inject turkey breast in various places with Italian dressing. If you do not have a meat injector, marinate turkey breast overnight in large storage bag.

  2. Step 2

Season turkey breast with salt and pepper and place it in a roasting pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for at least an hour, or until meat is done thoroughly. Baste every 15 minutes with Italian dressing and check occasionally with the meat thermometer.

  3. Step 3

When it is done, allow meat to sit undisturbed for at least 15 minutes for the juices to distribute evenly.

  4. Step 4

While meat is "resting," prepare side dishes such as potatoes, green beans, carrots or asparagus.

  5. Step 5

    Serve and enjoy!
