      Gather as many pictures that you can of the grandparent who is celebrating their birthday. Find ones that include family and friends as well. Get the biggest poster board you can find, glue the silver or gold tinfoil to the poster board. Allow it to dry. Take photos of your grandparent and place inside the middle of the poster board. Then take picture of the family and friends and place all around. Allow it to dry for at least two hours. Use this as a table centerpiece.

      Be sure to buy tons of balloons and streamers for this special birthday bash. Use the favorite colors of your grandparent. Have the room full of streamers, streaming from one wall to the other and back. Have balloons taped to everything you can put them on. The more busier, the more exciting.
