How to Celebrate a Birthday for a Grandparent

Instructions

1. 

   Gather as many pictures that you can of the grandparent who is celebrating their birthday. Find ones that include family and friends as well. Get the biggest poster board you can find, glue the silver or gold tinfoil to the poster board. Allow it to dry. Take photos of your grandparent and place inside the middle of the poster board. Then take picture of the family and friends and place all around. Allow it to dry for at least two hours. Use this as a table centerpiece.

   Be sure to buy tons of balloons and streamers for this special birthday bash. Use the favorite colors of your grandparent. Have the room full of streamers, streaming from one wall to the other and back. Have balloons taped to everything you can put them on. The more busier, the more exciting.

   Instead of a cake, think fun, think cupcakes of all different flavors. Chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, lemon and whatever else you can think of. Use different color wrappers, decorate with colorful icing as well as birthday party favors.

   Find out what your grandparents favorite food is and prepare it for the party. Favorite main course, favorite snacks, favorite candy and favorite drinks. Place the collage of pictures in the center of the table and fill it up with all the delicious goodies.

5. Go and get CD's with your grandparents favorite music from when they were young. Have it playing when the guests as well as the birthday person comes in, until the party ends.

6. Last but not least, have all guests bring a memory or two with them to share with the birthday guest at the party that involved them both. Have each guest prepare their memory so everyone can enjoy it.
