Things You'll Need:
- New York strip steak, 12 or 16 oz.
- Grill or oven with broiler
- Lemon juice
- Worcestershire sauce
- Pepper
- Salt
- Large fork
- 2-quart glass dish with cover
- Fridge

Step 1
Prepare the steak. To tenderize the steak use your fork and punch several holes in each side of the steak and then lay the steaks in the 2 quart glass dish. Pour lemon juice and the Worcestershire over the steaks and cover. Refrigerate the steaks and allow them to marinate for at least thirty minutes.

Heat up the grill or oven. Heat up the grill or heat up your oven on high-broil at 500 degrees before cooking. If you are using a grill, allow the grill to heat to 400 degrees before cooking. If you are using a charcoal grill allow the charcoals to become glowing and ashen before cooking.

Place those steaks on the grill or in the oven. Either slap the steaks on the grill or place them on a broil pan and in the oven on the second rack down from the broil burners. Allow the steaks to cook for 4 to 7 minutes per side. Evenly salt and pepper the steaks.

Flip the steaks. One the steaks have cooked on one side use the fork to flip them over to the other side. Season with salt and pepper and allow them to cook for an additional 4 to 7 minutes.

Remove from steaks from heat and serve. Once you have finished cooking the steaks, remove them from the oven or from the grill. Serve with your favorites sides and enjoy.
