This quick and easy recipe for fruit dip is a great addition to any party, picnic or family gathering. Try it with any kind of fresh fruit. This recipe makes about 1 1/2 cups. Leftovers -- if there are any -- can be refrigerated. For variety, substitute plain cream cheese and add a can of drained pineapple tidbits or use some of the juice from a jar of maraschino cherries.
Things You'll Need
- 8 ounces strawberry cream cheese
- 1 jar fluffy marshmallow creme
- Fresh fruit
Soften the cream cheese.
Whip together the cream cheese and the marshmallow creme until they are well mixed.
Pour into a nice bowl and serve with chunks of fresh fruit.
