I love my crock pot. It's so nice to come home and have dinner made. Serve with pasta, or veggies - viola, you have a nice meal.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • 6 chicken breasts
  • 3 Tablespoons of butter
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup vermoth (gives that good twang)
  • 2 Tablespoons of lemon juice (little more/little less depending on your taste)
  • 1 Tablespoon capers
  • Lemon slices for garnish (if you want to impress with presentation)

Step1
Less than 6 hours - cook on high setting in crock pot
More than 8 hours - cook on low setting in crock pot
Step2
Put chicken breasts in bottom of crock pot
Pour the rest of the ingredients on top of the chicken breasts
Step3
Take it out of the crockpot. Serve. Enjoy!!

Tips & Warnings

  • Share recipe with friends so you can share the vermoth!!!
  • I'm scared of undercooked chicken, so I always cut one of the breasts to make sure it's piping hot and done on the inside!!
