You are on a diet. You are losing weight. You have earned a reward. A candy bar or that piece of cheesecake is not the reward you need. Here are some ideas.

I actually reward myself with a candybar or a piece of cheesecake- weekly- as a matter of fact. Reason being is because I have a "cheat day" which is where I will eat whatever I want, in moderation, of course. Some are against this simply because you can't being a quitter of smoking, and still smoke a cigarette on the weekends. However, when you diet, your body becomes accustomed to your newly developed way of eating- diminishing your cravings, sweet tooths, and bread craze. So on your cheat day when you devour something that you ordinarily don't eat, it gives your metabolism a surprise rejuvination-a quick start, if you will- which then sends your metabolism into a type of panic mode where it starts working overtime in attempt to burn that unfamiliar food out of your body.
Nice article, though, and to be honest, I rarely crave anything anymore, so I wouldn't hesitate to choose a mass

Great ideas. It is all about pampering yourself and it doesn't have to cost a thing. Even just a great soak in the bath will make you feel a million dollars!
