  • Blender
  • Ice
  • Pina Colada mix
  • Crushed pineapple
  • Banana

Instructions

      Add about a cup of ice to your blender. You may want to chop the ice ahead of time to make the blending process easier.

      Add 1/2 cup of Pina Colada mix.

      Add one small banana or one-half of a large one.

      Add heaping large spoonful of crushed pineapple.

      Blend the ingredients on a medium setting; experiment with your blender to find which setting works best for you.

      Pour into a tall glass. Makes one serving.

Tips & Warnings

  • To make an alcoholic version add 1 oz. of light rum to the blender.

    Gee, this sounds easy, but I wonder if I could cheat and put the banana, a container of pina colada yogurt and skim milk to get close to the same drink. I have those on hand.
