These delicious chocolate rum balls are super easy and no-bake!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 3 1/4 cups crushed vanilla wafers
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
  • 3 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup rum
  1. Step 1
     

    Crush wafers in blender.

  2. Step 2
     

    Chop walnuts in blender or by hand for a courser texture.

  3. Step 3
     

    Stir wafers, powdered sugar, walnuts and cocoa powder together in a bowl.

  4. Step 4
     

    Blend in corn syrup and rum until thoroughly mixed.

  5. Step 5
     

    Shape into approximately 1 inch balls and roll in powdered sugar.

  6. Step 6
     

    Serve immediately or store in airtight container for a couple days to allow flavors to blend.

Tips & Warnings
  • Put some powdered sugar on your fingertips when forming the balls to prevent sticking.
  • Pictures portray halved amounts of the recipe, so don't be surprised if yours is a bigger batch!
