How to Make Chocolate Rum Balls

These delicious chocolate rum balls are super easy and no-bake!

Things You’ll Need:

• 3 1/4 cups crushed vanilla wafers
• 3/4 cup powdered sugar
• 1/4 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
• 1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
• 3 tablespoons light corn syrup
• 1/2 cup rum

1. Crush wafers in blender.
2. Chop walnuts in blender or by hand for a courser texture.
3. Stir wafers, powdered sugar, walnuts and cocoa powder together in a bowl.
4. Blend in corn syrup and rum until thoroughly mixed.
5. Shape into approximately 1 inch balls and roll in powdered sugar.
6. Serve immediately or store in airtight container for a couple days to allow flavors to blend.

Tips & Warnings

• Put some powdered sugar on your fingertips when forming the balls to prevent sticking.
