After you have selected a movie, make your way to the theater. If you are on the subway or bus, read a magazine or book you enjoy. If you are walking or in your car, keep playing your favorite music.

At the movie theater, indulge yourself with a treat for dessert. Don't worry about the money or calories. This night is all about you.

When you return home from the movies, indulge in some pampering. Draw a hot bath, make some delicious tea and crack open a comic book or romance novel. Do whatever will entertain you and keep you relaxed.
