Things You'll Need:
- 1 cup white sugar 2 tbsp. ground ginger 1 tbsp. ground cinnamon 2 tsp. ground cloves 2 tbsp. ground cardamom 2 tsp. nutmeg 2 tsp. allspice 1 tsp. white pepper 2 tsp. powdered vanilla

Step 1
Combine sugar and spices. Blend to a fine powder in a food processor.

For hot chai, stir 2 teaspoons of chai powder into a mug filled with equal measures of hot tea and hot milk or soy milk, if you prefer.

Step 3
For cold chai, stir 2 teaspoons of chai powder into a glass of iced tea. Add a large splash of milk or soy milk.

Store the dry mixture in an airtight container.
