Things You'll Need:

  • 1 lb. of chicken tenders

  • Pepper
  • Oil for frying
  • Plastic container with lid
  • 12-inch skillet
  • Tongs
  • Plate
  • Paper towels
  1. Step 1

Place the flour, salt, and pepper in the plastic container. Mix to combine. Then add the chicken tenders and the lid. Shake to coat.

  2. Step 2

Pour enough oil into the 12-inch skillet to come to a quarter of an inch up the sides of the pan. Allow the oil to heat over a medium-high heat until the oil comes up to frying temperature.
