Preheat oven to 400. Press pie crust into a tart pan or pie dish. With a fork, prick the bottom and sides of the crust.

Bake the crust for 10 minutes. Once done, reduce heat to 350.

Toss the chicken and celery with the buffalo wing sauce. Add flour, mix and spread on the bottom of the pie crust. Make sure to cover the bottom evenly.

In another bowl, beat the eggs, milk and salt together. Pour egg mixture evenly over chicken.

Bake in 350 oven for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, pull out and sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the top. Finally, add the blue cheese to the top of the breadcrumbs. Continue to cook for 10 minutes or until the cheese begins to brown.
