Having found the perfect regiment to nurture her skin Cleopatra bathed daily in milk and honey and the secret soon spread like wildfire...and was practised by many, many women. Try this gentle, rejuvenating bath and watch your skin transform itself into something so beautiful you will never think of a normal bath again.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 3.5 ounces Bicarbonate Soda
  • 8 ounces Salt
  • 3 pounds of Honey
  • 3 quarts Milk

    How to Make Cleopatra's Milk Bath

  1. Step 1

    Dissolve bicarbonate soda and salt in a quart of water.
    Dissolve the honey in milk.

  2. Step 2

    Pour the soda and salt solution in the bath.
    Mix and stir in the milk and honey.

  3. Step 3

    The milk and honey make the skin soft an supple while the salt helps remove dead skin.
    Soak in bath for about 20-30 minutes, rinse off (if present) any sticky residue from the honey and follow with a milk moisturizing cream.

Tips & Warnings
  • Strawberries cool and cleanse skin...add a box of crushed strawberries to the bath water for an even more relaxing, nurturing bath.
  • Rasberries can be used as well
  • An alternative to this bath is one made up completely of red wine...alternating between the two will greatly benefit and enhance your skin.
  • If you have any suspected allergies to any of the ingredients listed do not use.
