Cocktails are fun to make and give bartenders and party hosts a chance to get colorful and creative. Mimosas are a traditional drink served during events such as Sunday brunches and cocktail parties in the summer. These cocktails are known to be refreshing and are best served cold in a chilled glass. The typical mimosa is made with Champagne and orange juice, but the hermosa mimosa puts a twist on the drink to make it just a bit different. Does this Spark an idea?

Things You'll Need

  • Champagne flute
  • Champagne
  • Guava juice
  • Maraschino cherry

Instructions

    • 1

      Chill a 6 to 8 oz. Champagne flute.

    • 2

      Pour 5 oz. of Champagne or sparkling white wine into the glass.

    • 3

      Pour 1 oz. of guava juice slowly into the Champagne flute to infuse it into the Champagne.

    • 4

      Garnish with one maraschino cherry. Serve cold.
