Things You'll Need:
- Cloth tape measure
- Pencil and paper

Step 1
Use the tape measure to measure from the middle of his back between his shoulder blades, bending his arm at the elbow.

Step 2
Continue with the tape measure from between his shoulder blades to his elbow, down to his wrist.

Step 3
Write down the total number you get from between his shoulder blades to his elbow, ending at his wrist. It will probably be somewhere around 33 or 34 inches depending on how tall he is. Combine his neck measurement with his arms length and you have his dress shirt size.
