Crispy Chinese Chicken Wings are a crowd pleaser and very easy to prepare. Start them the day before to let them marinate for best flavor. Whether you're preparing them to share at home or bring to a friend's house, these chicken wings come together quickly once they are done marinating. Things You'll Need

  • 24 chicken wings
  • 2 cups low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons dry powdered mustard (English or Chinese)
  • 2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped garlic
  • Leafy greens
  • Large bowl
  • Small bowl
  • Wooden spoon
  • Baking sheet

Instructions

      Combine the soy sauce, mustard, ginger, sugar and garlic in a small bowl. Stir well with a wooden spoon and pour into a large bowl that contains the chicken wings. Save the green garnish for after the cooking to use as decoration.

      Cover and refrigerate the mixture for 24 hours or over night.

      Heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Place the wings on a baking sheet. Bake for one hour, turning once halfway through the cooking process.

      Arrange on a serving plate and garnish with greens.

Tips & Warnings
