Crispy Chinese Chicken Wings are a great crowd pleaser and very easy to prepare. You need to start the day before so they can marinate for best flavor.
2 teaspoons dry powdered mustard (English or Chinese)
2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons finely chopped garlic
A few leafy greens for decoration
Step1
Combine soy sauce, mustard, ginger, sugar and garlic, stir well, then pour over chicken wings. Save green garnish for after the cooking to use as decoration.
Step2
Cover and refrigerate over night.
Step3
An hour before serving heat oven to 350F and bake for 1 hour or grill on a charcoal. Do not microwave. They won't get crispy.
Step4
Arrange attractively on serving plate and garnish with greens.
