How to Make a Halloween Muscle Man Costume

If you need an idea for this year's Halloween Costume party, you might consider the muscle man costume. Real muscles are not necessary for this costume. With some creativity and inexpensive materials, you can be buff in less than half an hour.

Things You'll Need:

• Large white t-shirt
• Balloons
• Panty hose
• Jeans
• Shoes
• Gold necklace

1. Buy a large white t-shirt, numerous balloons to match your skin tone, and a pair of women's extra large panty hose to match your skin tone. Find a pair of jeans from home and pick out shoes of your choice.

2. Take the panty hose out of the package and stretch them out by pulling them down and then across with your hands. Put your hands inside the panty hose foot holes and pull the hosiery all the way up to the top of your arms. Cut the hose around your wrist and at the top your arms with scissors.

3. Place the balloons inside the panty hose to resemble large muscles. Blow up two of each balloon size that you want to use. Start with two small, medium and large balloons and then go from there.

4. Put your white t-shirt on over your balloons and panty hose and tuck it into your jeans. Make adjustments by adding or removing balloons if needed to improve your muscle man appearance. Add a gold necklace for an added touch and you are ready to go.
