Things You'll Need:
- chicken thighs
- lemon
- thyme
- parsely
- herb mix
- garlic salt
- streaky bacon

Step 1
Debone chicken thighs and season them with thyme, parsely, lemon and herb mix and garlic salt and they are good to go.

Next I seasoned the foil and wrapped the chicken in some streaky bacon.

I poached the chicken for about 30 minutes

Afterwards i chilled them in the fridge for another 30 minutes before i added some color to the bacon and got it nice and crispy.

And now they are ready to eat! Yummy goodness all around. (Not pictured - Fresh baked french rolls and steamed veggies)
