Instructions

1
Make a vine wreath from grapevines or buy one at a craft store available in many different sizes.
-
2
Use a hot glue gun to secure fall-colored silk flowers or leaves throughout the vine wreath. The picks on the backs of the leaves will fit through the vines, but gluing them with the hot glue will allow them to stay secure even during a windy day.

-
3
Place Indian corn and small gourds together in one area at the bottom of the wreath or scatter them around the wreath. Glue them onto the vines.
-
4
Wrap fall-colored ribbons around the wreath, securing the ends with the hot glue.
-
5
Tie a large bow at the top of the wreath with fall-colored ribbon. This will hide the hanger when you hang the wreath on the door.
-
6
Hang the vine Thanksgiving wreath on the door for your guests to enjoy.

Tips & Warnings
You can use real dried flowers or leaves rather than silk flowers for the wreath. Dried flowers will give the wreath more detail and will still last if stored properly.
Don't keep gourds on the wreath when you put it up for storage. Bugs may get to it and ruin the gourds and the wreath. Use new gourds each year.
