This article will teach you how to make cherry cream cheese pie.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 6 Ounce graham cracker ready crust
  • 1 8 Ounce package of cream cheese (let sit out to soften prior to making pie)
  • 1 14 Ounce can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 Cup lemon juice (fresh or bottled)
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 21 Ounce can cherry pie filling
  • Medium size mixing bowl
  • Measuring spoons and cups
  • Wooden spoons
  • Mixer
  1. Step 1

    Let cream cheese sit out at room temperature to soften. In medium size bowl beat cream cheese with mixer on low to medium speed until light and fluffy.

  2. Step 2

    Slowly add 1 14 ounce can of sweetened condensed milk, beating until smooth.

  3. Step 3

    Stir in 1/3 cup of lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Mix well.

  4. Step 4

    Pour into crust and chill in refrigerator for 3 hours until firm. Once firm you can pour 1 21 ounce can of cherry pie filling on top. Enjoy!

Tips & Warnings
  • You can melt some butter and coat your graham cracker crust in it. Put into oven 250 degrees F and bake for a few minutes. No Longer!
