Things You'll Need:
- 1 6 Ounce graham cracker ready crust
- 1 8 Ounce package of cream cheese (let sit out to soften prior to making pie)
- 1 14 Ounce can of sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 Cup lemon juice (fresh or bottled)
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 21 Ounce can cherry pie filling
- Medium size mixing bowl
- Measuring spoons and cups
- Wooden spoons
- Mixer

Step 1
Let cream cheese sit out at room temperature to soften. In medium size bowl beat cream cheese with mixer on low to medium speed until light and fluffy.

Slowly add 1 14 ounce can of sweetened condensed milk, beating until smooth.

Stir in 1/3 cup of lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Mix well.

Pour into crust and chill in refrigerator for 3 hours until firm. Once firm you can pour 1 21 ounce can of cherry pie filling on top. Enjoy!
