Things You'll Need:
- Stereo
- CDs
- CD player
-
Step 1
Select music that is light and fun, yet won't prompt your guest to want to move around or dance. You want them to buy Tupperware, not dance on the tables.
-
Step 2
Avoid music with cursing or outrageous lyrics. The last thing you want to do is offend anyone who is at the party.
-
Step 3
Select a variety of different instrumental pieces to play during the Tupperware party. This will promote a relaxing, mellow environment.
-
Step 4
Choose some popular songs to mix in with the instrumentals. Steer clear of heavy rock and roll or rap music. Keep in mind the age of your guests, and try to keep your music age appropriate.
-
Step 5
Keep the volume on your stereo or CD player at a reasonable level. You want your guests to be able to hear the music in the background, but more importantly hear the demonstrations about the Tupperware products. Set the volume to a level where you do not have to raise your voice at all to be heard above the music.
-
Step 6
Pick music geared toward your theme, if you have one. Some hosts organize their Tupperware party around a central theme-such as a beach theme, fall theme, holiday theme or 70's theme. If you have a party theme, then choose music selections that are appropriate to your theme.
