The most important party you will ever host for an engaged couple, those who just bought their first house, or recent newlyweds, is their stock the bar party. Follow these steps to create party favors for your guests.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Establish a budget. When you have figured out the budget, you can narrow the possibilities to what you can afford.

  2. Step 2

Decide whether or not you want to make something, purchase something or make party favor creation part of the festivities.

  3. Step 3

Consider purchasing a personal favor for the guest of honor. For example, you could order shot glasses with the party date or wedding date applied to them.

  4. Step 4

Consider making favors beforehand. It can be fun, if you have the time to do it in addition to all of the other party preparation needs. Party favors you could make could be something fun like a picture frame for a picture from the party.

  5. Step 5

Consider having guests make the favors at the party. This could really show off your guests' creative sides. Just make sure you have enough supplies to go around for everyone.

  6. Step 6

Make the favors coordinate with the theme of the party you have chosen. If you focused on stocking the bar with wine, bar utensils, hard liquor or glassware, then it is best to have similar party favors for your guests.
