How to Charcoal Grill Lobster

Are you a seafood lover? Do you like lobster? One way to prepare frozen lobster tails is to use a charcoal grill to cook the lobster.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

    Thaw frozen lobster.

  2. Step 2

    Cut lobster tail in half lengthwise.

  3. Step 3

    Remove lobster from shell.

  4. Step 4

    Prepare charcoal grill.

  5. Step 5

    When coals are hot, put lobster tail directly on the grate over the hot coals.

  6. Step 6

    Put cover on grill.

  7. Step 7

    Grill three to five minutes on each side depending on hot the coals are.

Tips & Warnings
  • Lobster should be white when it is done.
  • Do not over cook lobster as it will be tough.

on 7/23/2007 I never tried Grilled Lobster tails before... it looks good but too pricey for me! Cannot afford it unless i'm working another full time job
