      Mix 1 cup of warm water with 1/4 cup of ammonia in a small bowl.

      Soak the diamond ring in the bowl for 20 minutes to loosen and dirt and grime.

      Scrub the ring with a toothbrush to get in the hard to reach areas of the setting. Be careful not to brush too hard because you can loosen diamond in the setting.

      Rinse with warm water.

      Dry on a clean towel.

  • Tie a red string to your ring while you are washing it, just in case it drops down the sink.
