How to Fix a Feng Shui Bedroom with a Doorway Across From a Window
In feng shui, the energy in a room typically flows from the door to the windows. If your bedroom window is directly opposite the door, you can lose a lot of energy. According to the mapping principles of feng shui, if the window and door are on the left side of the room, the energy loss affects your wealth; if it's in the middle, it affects your fame or reputation; if it's on the right side of the room, it affects romance. Does this Spark an idea?

1
Cover the window with curtains. This stops the flow of energy from leaving the room. Sheer curtains can block the energy while still allowing natural light into the room.
-
2
Hang a crystal in the energy's path. A crystal can neutralize the negative energy in the room. By placing it in the path of the energy and the window, it absorbs that energy. The most common form of a crystal for feng shui is a faceted ball. However, you also can use a natural crystal or a decorative one.

3
Avoid placing your bed in the path. Since the energy flows between the door and the window, it's going to cut across your body as you sleep, which can cause poor sleep and even health problems. Place the bed on the other side of the room instead.
