How to Get the Red Collar in Tomorrow City on Epic Mickey
Horace Horsecollar, one of the original Disney cartoon characters, makes an appearance in "Epic Mickey" for the Nintendo Wii. The old character is the owner of a detective agency inside Tomorrow City, one of the game's many stages. Horace enlists Mickey's aid when the two meet for the first time, asking Mickey to find and retrieve his missing dog tags -- represented by a large red collar.

Play through the game normally until you reach the Space Voyage level.

Walk to the right. You will see the dog tags, but they are currently behind an unbreakable wall and are inaccessible.

Continue to the right, and spray the elevator doors with paint thinner. Enter the elevator, and ride to the top.

Walk to the right once you reach the top of the elevator. Drop a TV on the power plate when you come across it, then continue forward and drop another TV to power up the crane.

Walk off the crane platform, destroy the enemies below, then collect the Bronze Pin item. Return to the start area to find the glass wall gone. Collect the dog tags, and return them to Horace.
