on 9/8/2009 Unfortunately this doesn't work under the new Obama Administration. You would think that the family man that he makes himself out to be that the White House website would easily make that available. I received on very easily from the Bush Adminsitration for the birth of my daughter and now I cant seem to get one for the birth of my son.
I faxed a letter to 202-456-2461 and 202-395-1232 on June 3 2009 and as of today September 8, 2009 I have received nothing at all. I know things can take awhile but 3 months and no word?
I am going to try and mail the letter today to see if that works.

on 1/20/2009 I did this with my first son...Back in 2006, so Bush was in office...I am going to do this again with my second son, so that I can have one from President and First Lady Obama. I love it and it looks so neat in their baby books...One day they'll look at it and feel so special! It's a really nice idea!

on 8/8/2006 Fax the greetings request to the Greetings Office or go to http://www.whitehouse.gov/greeting/ and complete a secure (SSL 128-bit) form to submit your request.
