Instructions

    • 1

Mix equal parts laundry bleach and water in a spray bottle.

    • 2

Spray the bleach solution onto the shower stall floor. Avoid splattering bleach from getting on your clothes. The bleach will instantly begin to discolor clothing. Leave the chlorine bleach to soak for an hour.

    • 3

Scrub the floor with a nylon brush to remove dead fungus and any residual bleach.

Tips & Warnings

  • Running a bathroom fan to circulate air and leaving on the lights after showering will discourage fungus growth. Alternatively, pull back the window curtains to let in sunlight. Fungi thrive in damp, dark conditions.
