Hi, I'm Veronica Perez from Cornucopia Foods, and I'm here to show you a recipe for cooking chicken in a Crock-Pot. The ingredients that we will be using are four chicken thighs, half a cup of chopped onion, a bay leaf, a can of cream soup, two thirds cup of milk, a cup of water, a teaspoon of garlic powder and onion powder, and some salt and pepper. So, the first thing we need to do is season the chicken with the garlic powder and the onion powder. A little bit of pepper, a little bit of salt. Then place your chicken into your Crock-Pot. Next, we'll add our onion, our bay leaf, and your cream soup. You can use any cream soup you like, mushroom, celery, chicken. I like using mushroom. Then your two-thirds cup of milk, your cup of water. Give it a little stir. Then cover your Crock-Pot with your lid, turn the heat up to high and let it cook for five to six hours. Okay, so my chicken thighs have been cooking in this delicious cream of chicken soup mix for the last five hours. I know they are going to be tender and juicy. Wow, they look delicious. Look at this with the gravy and all the juiciness. That looks wonderful. I'm Veronica Perez for Cornucopia Foods, and that's how you cook chicken in a slow cooker.
