Alright, that's it for the finish coat. What I've gone through with you are the basic fundamentals of doing this. Now, when it comes to actual mudding, you will learn from experience that it takes a lot of experience to get real good and fast at this. The only thing that I can remind to you is keep working with that feathering technique that I taught you because that is king and that is key to anything. If you start off on a side, without it, you will make that little line in there. Then the feathering technique is what you will use to get rid of that. Push down on one side, have your knife angled, and then bam, it takes it right away. It takes away all you lines. Like I said that is a technique. That is an expertise that comes with a lot of practice and a lot of experience. Just keep working on it and you will get better. The next thing after this will be sanding the drywall after everything dries.
