Hi I'm Rachel Yatuzis and I'm going to show you how to get paint out of your clothes. It depends on what kind of paint it is obviously but if you have an oil based paint you want to try to get some dish soap on a sponge and I would say maybe try this for everything because you want to get the spot nice and wet and then spray some hair spray and really saturate it with the hair spray. The hair spray will grab the paint from the fibers and make it easier for the next step which is scrubbing it really really well with a scrub brush, scrub it, scrub it, scrub it, as much as you can and you may think that you are making this thing go deeper into the fabric but the hair spray will help take care of that. Keep a good hold of it. Next you want to let it dry and there will still be little pieces of paint stuck on there most likely and you want to grab your tweezers for this and use your tweezers to sit there and pick every single piece of paint out that you can. You want to repeat this process until you have all the little paint chips and everything out of the fabric then douse it with hair spray again before you throw it into the washing machine and wash it on the hottest setting possible. This is going to help remove the stain and obviously if the item is white put some bleach in there with it and that should help. There is no guarantee that you are going to get all the paint out of your clothes but that is the way to do it if you are going to attempt to. I'm Rachel Yatuzis and that is how you get paint out of clothes.
