Hi, I'm Terri Henry, founder of and this is my friend Jordan, and today, we are gonna make a delicious cheeseburger casserole that all kids love. I've started out with a pound and a half of lean ground beef that I've already sauteed with some chopped onion and green pepper, just in the interest of time, added a little salt and pepper. But, to this, we're gonna add a 14 and a half ounce can of diced tomatoes, a half a cup of ketchup, two tablespoons of flower, one egg, and a tablespoon of yellow mustard, and we're gonna stir this up 'til it's nicely mixed. We've got an 8 and a half by 12 inch glass casserole dish here, that's been prepared, and we're gonna take this mixture and just pour it right into the casserole. And, now, Jordan's gonna sprinkle some cheese on to the top. Sprinkle that nice and evenly, all the way around, good job, and now, the best part is we're gonna take tater tots, and we're going to just lay those on top, just nice and even. You start on that end, I'll start on this end. Good job. Alright, now we're ready to go into a 450 degree oven for about 30 minutes. We've just baked our cheeseburger casserole at 450 degrees for about 30 minutes, and now, we're ready to try it out. You like that? This is Terri Henry of Thanks for cooking with me today!
