Hello, everyone. I'm Joshua Clement with Lighty Contractors, and today I'm going to talk to you about how to clean snap laminate flooring. Now for this job they make a snap laminate flooring and a hardwood cleaner that you can actually go to your home improvement store or convenient store and buy. That's what I like to use because it's specially designed not to get it into the grooves and warp your flooring. For this job you will need your laminate floor cleaner, and you can use a sponge. I don't recommend using a mop because you're going to put too much on there and you could possibly get into those grooves and warp your flooring. So you can use like a dry mop and kind of just move it around a little bit. Because what this does is it actually puts a shine onto your floor and it cleans at the same time. So you don't need to soak it on there like you do with a tile floor. You just need to get a little bit on there to work that dirt off and create a nice shine. So what we're going to do is just spray a light coat on there and let it sit for around 30 seconds to a minute. After that we're going to just take our sponge and wipe up the excess. And if you have any little spots where there's some dirt stuck you can kind of get in there and scrub a little bit, it should come right up. Make sure that when you're doing this you're not walking over what you've already cleaned because that's going to leave your footprints in there. You also want to make sure that you don't mop yourself into a corner. That means you start over here and you work yourself back into a corner and you can't get out of there because everywhere that you've already cleaned you're going to be walking over. So you want to work your way to either a door to outside or another room. After that you simply let it dry and enjoy. I'm Joshua Clement with Lighty Contractors. Thank you so much for watching and good luck with this project.
