We are making easy biscuits and these are easy. It's almost funny how easy. And it only has four ingredients. This is four cups of Bisquick, just your regular Bisquick. I have been told that the Pioneer baking product works just as well and so you could probably use any baking pre-mix baking product. And this is four cups. You're going to use eight ounces of sour cream, one cup of 7 Up and one stick of butter. And what I did to start off is I put my butter in my pan and I use a big pan and I use two smaller pans. This way I can take one to a friend or a neighbor and I don't eat them all. And then there's one for us. Otherwise you can put it in a big baking sheet. And once you get these melted. Then I take my sour cream and I kind of basically just cut it in to the Bisquick. Going to flour my parchment paper so that my dough will not stick. Liberally. And then I want to sprinkle the flour on it and more or less pat it out. And like mine probably about half an inch thick. You want to cut our biscuits. I dip it in flour each time because otherwise the biscuits won't come out of the cutter because these biscuits are kind of almost like a drop biscuit. They're very wet. But that makes them really good. And then after I've got my biscuits all in the pan I like to brush them with butter. I know that's a lot of butter but it makes them good. I guess you can only eat one instead of three. Then we're going to put them in a 425 degree oven and we bake them for about 20 to 25 minutes until they're golden brown. Hot biscuits.
