Hello, everyone, I'm Joshua Clement with Lighty Contractors, and today I want to show you how to fix cracks in your plaster and drywall wit latex caulk. For this, we'll be needing a caulking gun with your tube of caulk and a putty knife. First thing you want to do is make sure you have a nice angle cut onto a caulk, you don't want too much coming out. You're then going to identify how big the crack is and you want to go a little bit pass the crack. So, you will just begin putting it right along that crack. Next, we're going to be taking the putty knife and actually kind of just scrape that excess away, alright, like that. And then, you can flip it over and just give it a nice smooth, but you don't want to press too hard on this and scrape all the caulking off, just the excess. If you need a little bit more, you can flip it background where the excess is, put it on there, just scrape it off. After you do that, go ahead and paint and your job's done. I'm Joshua Clement with Lighty Contractors and we just discussed how to cover up cracks in your plaster with latex caulk. Thanks for watching and good luck with this project.
