Hi. I'm Cassandra Allen-Brown from Bags By Cab Yarn Shoppe in Denver, Colorado. And today, I'm going to teach you how to do a double treble crochet stitch. So let's get started. On this basic stitch that I have here, this is a single crochet. I'm working on a headband. So I'm going to show you how just to do a double treble. And all that is is a treble crochet stitch, You're going to do a double which means twice so you're pattern might call for a double treble. You're crocheting the treble two times in that particular stitch. So what you're going to do is for the treble you're going to yarn over two times, insert your hook and your stitch in your pattern, pull the yarn through, yarn over, pull through the first two, yarn over through the second two, yarn over through the last two. That's your treble. That's only one but we're going to do a double treble because the pattern calls for a double treble crochet stitch. So you're going to yarn over two times and you're going to repeat it. But instead of going into this next stitch right here, you're going to put it in the same stitch because it has to be doubled. So insert hook, yarn over, pull through two, yarn over, pull through three, yarn over, pull through the last three. So there you have a double treble crochet stitch. Let's do it one more time. Yarn over twice, insert hook, two, two and two, yarn over twice, same stitch. Insert hook, yarn over, two, two and two. And that is a double treble crochet stitch. I'm Cassandra Allen-Brown from Bags By Cab Yarn Shoppe. Thank you for joining us and have a great day.
