Hey everyone, I'm Dynamic John of Dynamic Carpet Care and one of the things I get asked all the time is what can I use for carpet odors? Can I use baking soda and vinegar for an odor? Yes you can. I'm going to show you how to do it. Here's what you'll need, some vinegar, some baking powder and a spray bottle. What you'll do is you'll take a couple of teaspoons of baking soda, put it into your spray bottle and then take two cap fulls of vinegar, mix that in your spray bottle and then add about half with water. Mix that up and kind of put your spray bottle on mist. Mist it into the area probably about six to eight inches away from the area that you have the odor on. So take your spray bottle and spray it on there about almost all the solution so that you really get it really saturate that area so you get rid of the smell.
