Artificial greenery is much easier to take care of than real plants. There is no watering, no dead leaves to clean up and you do not have to worry about the plants getting enough sunlight. However, artificial greenery still gathers dust and debris. Give it a good cleaning at least once a month, or more often if it starts to look dull, to bring back its beauty and shine.
Things You'll Need

Video of the Day
Spray your artificial greenery with water from a spray bottle and gently wipe down the individual leaves with a cloth rag to remove dust.
Place the plant in front of a fan set on low or medium for about 20 minutes. This will help ensure that the leaves are dry.
Lightly spray each leaf with a disinfectant spray or anti-dust spray. This will add shine to your artificial greenery and help deflect some of the future dust. Place the plant back in front of the fan to dry or just put it back in its usual place and let it dry naturally.
Massage each leaf with a very small amount of olive oil to add to the shine of plastic greenery. This is not, however, good for use with cloth greenery.
