- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs

- 1-1/2 cups frozen strawberries, thawed
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups whipping cream
- powdered sugar for dusting

How to Make Mini Cream Puffs
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Lay two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
Add water, butter, and sugar to a medium saucepan that is over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil.
Reduce to low heat and add the flour all at once. Stir continuously until the mixture forms a ball.
Beat each egg, one at a time, into the flour mixture with an electric mixer. Let each egg be well blended before adding another. The batter is finished with it is smooth and glossy.
Drop 24 heaping tablespoons of batter onto the cooke sheets one at a time, leaving plenty of room for them to expand when they're cooking.
Bake for 35 minutes. Then, open the oven door and quickily cut a hole into the side of each cream puff so steam is able to escape. Bake for another 5 minutes. The cream puffs are finished when they have a crips interior and appear to be golden brown. Let them cool completely.
