Spooky Sips: Evette’s Boo-Tini Recipe

Hosting a Halloween party this weekend? Mix things up by making my  Boo-Tini for your guests. Just top it off with icing blood and lychee eyeballs and serve!

– 1 1/2 cups pomegranate juice
– 2 white rum (I prefer Bacardi, it’s from Puerto Rico so I’m prejudiced) but you can use white Tequila too!
– 1 ounce Cointreau liquor
– Cup of ice
– Splash of sparkling water
– Squeeze of lime

Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake carefully as you are using a splash of carbonated water. I sometime like to muddle half a lime at the bottom for maximum tartness, but that is just my taste!
