Kids like colors, especially when it comes to food, and brightly colored snacks and sweets have become a common part of our daily culture. In our house, we try to avoid food additives as much as possible. It isn’t always easy, but if you stick to whole foods and refrain from processed, packaged items, you can keep your exposure to a minimum.
Despite this, I do recognize sometimes you need a little color in your life — and your food.
