Rachael Stuart is an online food media professional who began her food writing career with a blog in 2009. She draws upon culinary instutional classes and a library's worth of food literature to deliver news and recipes. Stuart earned a bachelor's degree in journalism and a minor in food anthropology from Indiana University. She will drop anything and everything at the mention of "sushi."
