Graduating from the Cordon Bleu Cooking School in Chicago, IL with a degree in Culinary Arts, Gail Hoffman has spent the last thirteen years working as a chef for "top-rated" restaurants specializing in a variety of cuisines. She also has experience in catering large banquet parties, and as a personal chef in the private residence of Michael Jordan.
