Swiss watchmaker Tag Heuer is a leading producer of luxury sports watches, chronographs and diving watches. Some Tag Heuer Aquaracer models include an alarm feature. Learning to set up and use your Tag Heuer Aquaracer watch is simple.
Time and Date
Setting the time and date on your Tag Heuer Aquaracer is the first thing you should do when performing your watch setup. The time and date are set by manipulating the crown, located on the right side of the watch. Pull the crown out to the farthest position; in some Tag Heuer Aquaracer models this is the second position, in other models the crown can be pulled out to a third position. Rotate the crown clockwise until the correct time is displayed. Press the top left button to access the date-setting mode. Rotate your crown clockwise until the correct day, month and year is displayed. When you're finished, push the crown all the way back in to save your settings.
A chronograph is a feature that allows you to time your athletic performances. The chronograph feature on the Tag Heuer Aquaracer is controlled with the top and bottom buttons on the right side of the watch. The crown of the watch should be pushed all the way in when the chronograph is in use. Press the top right button to start, pause and stop chronograph timing. Reset the chronograph by pressing the bottom right button on your watch.
Like the time and date functions, the alarm is set by manipulating the watch crown. Pull the crown out to the first or second position (alarm-setting crown position can vary by model) until the alarm indicator "AL" is displayed. Press the bottom right button to select the hours or minutes of the alarm for setting. Rotate the crown clockwise until the correct hour or minute value is displayed. Push the crown in to save your alarm settings. When your alarm sounds, press any button to silence it.
