Vanilla essential oil is used to make aromatherapy and massage oil blends and hair and skin care products. Combine vanilla essential oil to blend distinctive fragrances, for a soothing bath oil or to make an effective facial scrub. Never ingest essential oils or apply directly and undiluted to skin.

  5. Combine peppermint and vanilla essential oils for a cleansing facial scrub. Blend peppermint and vanilla oils with brown sugar. Apply to your wet face and gently wash away impurities.
